How realistic is it for the Rockets to put together a compelling package for Kevin Love?

    Exactly my point, and since he prolly wont commit until after the season, you do not gamble on a potential "rental" with a guy like Parsons, Anyone else (expect for Harden, and Howard) are all fair game.

    Does Houston have any lottery picks? If not then I would say not very likely.

    You actually had to think that much about it? Parsons is great but he's just a top 50 player, Kevin Love is top 5. Not only should you be willing to give up Parsons, you should also be willing to throw in Terrence Jones, D-Mo, and more!

    That has to be weighed against the fact that you can just sign him outright in 2015 without giving up Parsons. When I said "hes worth giving up Parsons over" I meant that it may make sense to give up the potential of having both Parsons and Love in 2015/2016 in order to get Love now.

    Potential for proven talent? I take that trade every single time.
    Too bad I can't see Rox trading for Love, nor signing him as FA.

    lol at me then...I would do it, and to those who say hes no good bc hes team isnt in the playoffs C'MON MAN its the twolves...how many times did cp3 take new orleans to the playoffs?
