I was 13, though it was just about a month or two before I turned 14. That would've been May of 1985. I believe it was Memorial Day weekend, as a matter of fact.

The girl was a girl I had known since elementary school. We started "dating" at the beginning of that year. She was very cute, the same age as I am (her birthday, I believe, is the month after mine).
