What do you people mean when you say 'I'm 24 but feel like I'm 22.' or '24 but feel like 26'. Really, what is the difference? I understand people adding or subtracting 10 years to illustrate a point but what kind of difference in your 'feeling' does 1 or 2 years make?
36. Chasing a 17 month old around the house all day makes me feel much, much older. I wasn't married at 21, but I have been with my wife since then. Nothing wrong with it.
I just turned 33 but think of myself as about 26. And that's just when I'm at work, or on a "mature" day. Sometimes I feel more like 23-24. I can act even younger than that, no problem.
how the hell do you show people how old you are in fingers? edit: heres where i find out if theres an emoticon for the bird.
i dunno. dual income, no kids (who coined the term DINK?) sounds good every now and then. surely you have a couple of friends who have called it a lovelife and settled into a nicer-than-their-parents house just post-college. what would usually be a nursery or a craft room is instead an entertainment room or library. whats the word... expendable income. that being said i wont be getting married anytime soon.
oh i'm sure, it's just not something i could ever do.... still too much living to do to settle down that quickly. but every couple is different. btw, i'm 26 but still feel and act like i'm 21.... and i look 18.
I'm 34, I still get carded for beer and cigs all the time, and I feel 44. I'm about to quit the beer and cigs, so that "feel like" age will hopefully reduce. Both of my parents are almost 60 and everyone that meets them thinks they're in their early 40's. I hope this bodes well for me in the long run.
My certificado de nacimiento was lost years ago. I'm not sure precisely how old I am, but let's just say performance is STRONG.
