I think there’s a fairly good chance he doesn’t get traded. I hope he does!

Lakers missing James now for an extended period, wouldn’t be surprised if they went in for Vic now.

a 2nd or two. That's if we trade him, and I'm worried we're not going to be able to move him.

If LeBron is out for a minute does that bump Oladipo's trade value, from other contenders going all-in?

Victor for a late first rounder seems legit only from teams like the Heat, Knicks, Lakers, clippers, big market teams Victor would really consider staying for.

This poll is WAY too optimistic lmao call it some questionable trash and a 2nd at best unless we're attaching our own firsts.

Obviously it’d be a Bron-Dipo swap. I mean, we would be taking back an injured player.

Future draft picks? Same as the Nets did.

They don’t have any. They sent out every pick they could in the Davis deal.

honestly, this is the only outcome I cant live with. I think this would be catastrophic. If folks think the trade market won’t offer much for him right now, wait till he’s a free agent; we’ll have virtually no leverage to get anything in return. There are plenty of teams that can sign him him outright.

look I get what Stone was trying to do. Cousins, Wall, Wood, Gordon, Dipo might have been good enough to be competitive and sneak into the playoffs. I don’t agree with that strategy but I accept that’s what they were trying to do. But that gamble didn’t work out. Injuries spoiled the party. Now it’s time to make the best of our situation. Let’s get the rest of the value we need from the harden trade. Let’s get an extra pick or prospect (or both) for Dipo. Keeping him is not an option.

btw; having him on the court right now so close to the deadline is madness.

Well, when he plays himself out of a trade then you kinda have to keep playing him until he fools enough people to panic and overpay for him.

Had he played up to his potential earlier then he probably wouldn't be playing right now. All he needs to do is have two productive games in a row. But apparently that's not possible for him.

He's either really, really bad and Stone/Silas are terrible at evaluating talent, or he's a terrible fit for this roster or he's seriously injured.

In the end they've got to get some value back for him. Whether it's better to trade him (and possibly have to attach draft picks in order to complete a trade) or let him walk without compensation is something Stone & Co. will have to determine.

Not a great position to be in, but it's also their own doing. As bad as this season has been I guess the "bright" spot is the direction is clear: tank and rebuild.

Who knows what kind of foolish, mediocre moves there would have been had this group been semi-competitive.

wasn’t that a couple of years ago ?

not that 2026/27 picks are that great , but they should have the ability to offer picks far
    In the future .

You can't really put too much weight behind these reports, but the fact that there have been so many reports with numerous deals and not just one, it makes me feel like there is validity to them. The returns we have received so far for Harden and a lesser extent PJ makes me feel like there is some truth to the reports as well.
