[knock knock knock] "I'm in here... " [prrrrtttt!!!] I kid you not, Mexico still owes the U.S. and A. lots of water we take out the Rio Grande when we bring it on our clothes. That wasn't water.
I've become addicted to Crystal Light... I probably go through a gallon of it every 1.5-2 days. Outside of that I drink milk or plain water every now and then.
How in the heck does your bladder not explode? lol. Do you just stand by a toilet and drink? Seriously, do you sweat a lot?
I fill up my Ozarka 3 liter jug every morning and slowly chug it down as the day goes by. So that is at least 96 ounces a day. I can barely find time to drink anything else, which has worked wonders for cutting out diet sodas. My rule is, I can drink a soda or a beer if I want as long as I've finished my water first. I usually am just not thirsty at all toward the end of the day, and I pee about 8-10 times a day.
I drink a gallon of water usually. But then again I don't drink milk, coffee, fruit juices, sodas or alcohol either.
How in the hell can you drink 2 gallons?? I call BS on that. You that 2 gallons is 14 (16.9oz) bottles right?
Diet Sodas won't give you Diabetes. They aren't "good" by any means, but if he was drinking 12 regular sodas a day, thats over 1 pound of pure sugar being ingested on a daily basis. That would certainly put you on the fast track to Diabetes.
I sometimes see weightlifters carrying around gallon jugs of water with them. If you are on creatine, you should be drinking at minimum one gallon of water per day. 2 gallons is alot, but not out of the realm of possibility for serious weightlifters and athletes.
Repost this post during summer and we'll see. I live in SoCal with no AC, and I've killed a 5-gallon jug of water in 3 days during the hottest part of the summer. Nowadays, around 60 oz.
