~ 5 hours during work week. Sleep debt gets paid on the weekend with ~ 9-10 hours + maybe a short nap.
On week nights, between 5-6.5 hours. On weekends, 8-9 hours. I had a few years where I slept 3-4 hours. I got used to it, or so I thought. Then, I made a goal to sleep more so I did. I had forgotten how great it felt. My mood, stress, happiness, and so many indirect things stemmed from better sleep. If your schedule doesn't demand it, don't short change your body from good sleep. Stop using electronics like computers, TVs, and phones because the screens (blue light) can trigger chemicals that keep you awake.
5-6 Hours on weekdays. I'm a night owl though. I think if I wasn't, I could definitely get closer to 8. Weekends it varies but I'd say 7-8.
5 to 6 everyday... I'm a light sleeper and when I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't fall back asleep so I just lay there til og wake up time. But I have been dabbling with nquil (spelling) z. A double shot and I'm out. But , methinks doing that all the time might be bad...
7-8 hrs a night every day of the week. I try to sleep in on weekends but my body is too used to waking up in the morning.
