Is Lowry a injury prone? If he couldn't even handle the backup minutes, how can he earn a good contract?

I am thinking Lowry won't cost a lot to keep. We know him around here, but most teams while interested in a quality PG, probably won't go out of their way to get him.

Scola, might be an issue, but I figure given his current and previous play with the team, we will do everything possible to secure him.

Lowry will run into the same thing Sessions did last year.

Yep, but even worse. In Sessions's case, Milwaukee made it pretty clear that they were not very interested in keeping him, especially after drafting Brandon Jennings.

In Lowry's case, Morey has made it abundantly clear to the rest of the league that he'll match any (non-ludicrous) offer sheet. I bet a majority of GMs don't even bother dealing with Lowry.

I don't think Morey should offer Lowry a long contract. Maybe 3 years contract around 10 million, and the 3rd year should be team option. It seems he has a potential to be an injury prone. People all think Yao and Tmac are injury prones. In fact, when Yao and Tmac were at Lowry current age, they were pretty durable. And, they both played starters' minutes.

In addition, I thinK Morey should sign a 3rd pg this summer.

You seem, to forget that Scola has NOT missed ONE SINGLE GAME since arriving to NBA, not regular season, not playoff....

100% of games being healthy, don't you think it would send a message of how durable his body is?

I'd bet anyone that Scola has more years left at his prime than Carl Landry or any athletic freak that is 3 to 5 years younger than him.

His body is VERY durable and his game doesn't rely on athleticism at all....you have AT THE VERY LEAST 5 years of Scola at his best shape.....
