I've worked in 8 or so restaurants, only one gave us a shift meal. Nothing free. Of course, we stole a few drinks here and there at the place that provided us a shift meal as well. Be grateful that they give you a meal. Goes for fajita boy as well.
Be careful though. I worked at OG, and some managers checked during the shift. Thus, if you have a S and S ticket open for 2 hours, they'll catch you.
