When i was younger i used to run a lot , as i got older i do my running playing football , bball , and occasionally tennis when i get a chance. But now i want to make a strong resolution for 2011 to make running an everyday habit despite weather conditions (unless extreme weather). I still run here and there , but i need to make running everyday like taking a shower and brushing teeth .
I run an average of 0 miles per day. Several years ago, I was a rather serious runner and even finished a marathon.

My typical runs are between 6-7 miles, but I usually only run about 4 days a week. It's hard to find the time to run every single day.
I started running again after 10-12 years. Ughhh, it was painful. But now run every other day or at least 3 times a week and average about 2/2.5 miles per run. Slowly building up for a half marathon.
if running includes basketball i run 2-3 hrs a day freshman year i played like 6 hrs a day and since then i have lost 35 lbs. on another note, as we get older, even when we cant run, we should power walk for exercise, my grandmother is 90 and in excellent PHYSICAL health, unfortunately she has alzheimers and her memory has gone to ****, but for a 90 year old 4 footer she is in incredible health. and that is all from her power walks every day for like 60 years
2 miles of running medium-high intensity, 6 days a week 1 mile of maximum intensity sprints (200m, 400m, 100m etc.), 3 days a week
