50 annual to any 24hrfitness except 2 super duper elite ones (one located somewhere in CA the other somewhere in the NY area).
$9 a month ($108/yr) at 24hr Fitness. I can use any 24 in the city as long as it isn't a Super Sport, BUT we moved to Pearland and the only one close to us is a Super Sport. So I called and they made that location an exception. So I basically pay $9 a month to work out at a Super Sport.
I'm lucky. We have a gym in our building here at work and it's only $15 a month, BUT you get that remimbursed if you go 5 times during the month. Why the number is set so low at 5 I have no idea but I love it since I am always way over. So it ends up costing nothing at the end of the month.
Back in January 2008 I paid $586 for a 3 year Keep Fit Plus membership to 24 hr Fitness, and the benefit of renewing each year thereafter for $49/year. I think I also convinced them to give me a free $50 gift card for the shop because I told them I didn't have any workout gear, and after paying this, I couldn't afford any. Looking at my membership agreement, it sounds like I get into most (all?) of the gyms - All-Fit-Life, Express Clubs, Active Clubs, Sport Clubs and Super-Sport Clubs. Nowadays, since they took away the lifetime memberships, I think the best 24 hr fitness deals are at Costco.
$100 plus tax for 24 hour super sport. Membership for 2 plus the kids club thing. My company reimburses me $20 a month and we have a pretty sweet gym now in the new building.
only $4.16/month for 24 fitness. but this is after paying 3 years in advance when i first got my membership.
$21/month for family membership at local Y. My wife was an employee earlier this year and they still haven't adjusted our account. Otherwise, it would still only be $65.
I also did the Cosco deal for 2yrs $300 any 24 except the SuperSport. Comes out to $12.50 a month for 2yrs. Not bad.
I'm month to month at 24 hour fitness, and i pay around $28/month. I also go to Hank's which runs $175 for 3 months. I can walk to Hank's from my house, its almost never crowded like 24 hour, and pro athletes workout there (NBA, NFL, Boxers.)
Family of 4 at Lifetime with a Diamond membership. Not cheap, but we use it constantly. Basketball and martial arts for my kids. Great workout facilities. Swimming pools/slides for kids. Our primary club is CityCentre, and I'm there all the time. But it's nice to be able to go out and use the pool at Cinco Ranch where they have slides for my younger kid.
Yeah, that's what i did, but for $2 a month. A lot of money to pay up front, as a college student, but I couldn't pass that up.
$450/month for the wife and I after the down payment, but it's at the Houstonian. We go there for play more than to work out. At least I do. The eye candy is unbeatable.
