I just bought a house for $152,000. I will not even calculate the intrest over the term of the loan as I feel I will hurl over my keyboard. I owe another $10,000 on my Jeep and $0 on Credit cards. Actually I feel pretty good about my debt ratio

I have a debt of -$15,000. (Oh, that is all mine, BTW. No help at all from parents, family, lottery, etc. I pay for everything myself) I graduate before too long.
