I'm curious how many people take economics classes other than the semester in high school you are required to take.

Majored in it. So, however many semesters that is.

Should say though, I learned far more economics searching libraries for classic texts than I did in the classroom. Keynesian economics is childishly simple. Once you get the basics then you already know how labor, international, monetary, micro and macro, managerial, development, and any other class with a Keynesian base will turn out.

I have over 5 million semesters of economics education, and I have come to the conclusion that economics is terribly ambiguous and not very useful.

Enough to know that the keynesian model of economics is not working in America. All it has done is support total war an bring this country debt.

Find it no surprise that 100 years of the federal reserve has resulted in 100 years in total war. Now we've got a debt that is literally skyscrapers in cash.

And we still practice the same economics? Print more money to falsely stimulate economy and then tax the people to try and make a profit which results in a new business cycle.

A business cycle that is more of a downward spiral.

Had a semester in high school, didn't understand jack schitte.

Majored in it in college because I'm an idiot...then promptly changed the major after my second year.

all in all, I still don't understand economics.

High School Economics? ^ Isn't that economics, too?

Back "in the day", it used to be called "Home Ec" when you learned about "duties in the home"...
