I love animals. Got 2 dogs, both from the SPCA and both sweet as can be. The SPCA said both of them are mixes with Australian Shepherd, but it seems like they just throw Aussie Shepherd out there when they can't tell what the dog is. One's obviously got Chow in her, the other looks like a Border Collie but she's so dumb I wonder how that's possible. 1 cat: 14yrs old, found her as an infant (eyes not open yet) under a stoop. 1 bird: my wife's parrot. He hates me, and will probably outlive my wife. 3 sugar gliders we adopted from some friends. My wife is always begging for more animals, but I think we're pretty well maxed out!
One miniature, long-haired dachshund (female, red) named Ruby. One male, gray-colored cat named Paws. It's funny, the cat is so scared of the dog, even though it is almost twice as big as it. But yeah, cats and dogs really don't get along
3 Dogs: Barkley -- Border Collie (female, 5 years old, 70 pounds) CAT! -- Catahoula Leopard Hound (female, 2.5 years old, 80 pounds) Pepper -- Pointer (female, 1 year old, 55 pounds) They're all full of energy!
Nothing. I cant handle the responsibility of a dog or cat, nor do I want to. My place is too small anyways.....
Mine do. They even play together. But, I suppose that is unusual. It might be that the cat was there first and was the established queen of the house when the pups came along.
I have 1 pet... a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Moses. He's one big freaking dog... strong as hell too, they are bread to hunt lions.
2 dogs • Shania & Maria "my two bi***es, er, divas!" (sisters, mixture of chow, rotwieller, golden retriever) OK, mutts 2 black cats • Mr. Pibb & Pepper (no idea what breed)
7-year-old Female Great Dane, "Belle" 7-month-old Male American Shorthair, "Scamp" 24-year-old Caucasian Wife, "Kate" 2-week-old Caucasian Son, "Kason"
2 house Rabbits. both litterbox Trained. Trix is a large New Zealand White & Oreo is a small Netherland Dwarf. (yes, both are Fixed-we're not dumb)
Have 2 dogs and a had a pretty cool young cat that I just picked up from the SPCA until one of my neighbors decided to keep the cat. It's either one out of two neighbors who swiped him. The one kid and father who tried to swipe him right in front of me and I had to tell them thats my cat they're about to take off with and had to tell them again more forcefully after the goofy ass father didn't say anything and the kid seemed to still want to take it home and squeeze it to death. Or it's this young good looking broad a couple of houses down who I just talked to as she was pushing a baby down the street. She said with darting eyes and dingy behavoir that she let the cat in her house last night but didn't feed it(never asked if she did) and I had to pretty much finish her sentence for her and said "so you let it back out?" she said oh yeah, of course, so I say 'well point it back in the right direction if you see him.' point of story, if you get a cat to help with rats, make sure the cat is ugly or neighbors will steal him.
I have two female Rhodesian Ridgeback sisters...Chloe and Zoe. I also have four pet fish(tetras)(Rez, Lez, Fez, and Bez) but used to have more. The others died at unexpected times under mysterious circumstances. Svpernaut, is your dog fanatical about hunting squirrels? Mine cannot get enough of squirrel hunting. It's frustrating at times cause their like crack addicts. I've seen them strike poses for a half hour watching squirrels while shaking and drooling. They have made some kills as well. Anyway, mine have had broken tails since they were with the breeder that healed bent. That may be part of their problem.
