I just recently had a perfect dump and it was awesome. I even filled half the bowl and had nothing to wipe. I'm glad this thread was bumped. I needed to remember it. I was getting lonely.
I've had one at least every other week...It is such a glorious time when that happens...Of course, you still wipe, but after a couple you're like, cool...
This week has been amazing. Three already. That's definitely a record for me. I don't understand...I've been taking Metamucil for more than 3 months now...this is the first time I've had more than one in a week. It's amazing...it makes me feel WONDERFUL physically AND psychologically.
I normally frown upon thread necromancy, but as long as it's finalsbound talking about pooping, it's definitely OK...
We should have a rule that really great threads like these get bumped on a periodical basis. Re-reading this thread put a smile on my face.
I don't understand how you can do that...if I eat a lot of semi-junky food in a short timespan (1-2 days) I usually end up constipated or...well, the opposite. Either way it's not pretty. I hate the feeling of trying to squeeze something out, and having it not come completely. You're my role model, ima.
#1 reason why we get consipated is because we DON'T DRINK ENOUGH OF WATER and not enough fiber (protein shakes can do wonders for you). So, DRINK LOTS OF WATER then you will be ok. I'm not even going there to say if I had a dump today or yesterday. I'm a lady and will remain as one on this board.
It's a gift, really. Of course, it also may have something to do with the 2 bowls of Multi-Bran Chex (ie. Colon Blow) cereal that I had for breakfast...
