If that one person getting paid 20million has to do all the work in the playoffs like Tmac has had to do, then yes i see us getting eliminated in the first round.
Who said he would be doing all the work? I am talking about our team now and what it is comprised of. Yes, McGrady couldn't control the fact that Yao was out for the playoffs and Jeff Van Gumby's supporting cast around him was questionable at best. But guess what - you are a supposed superstar getting paid a boatload of money; you are expected to get your team out of the first round of the playoffs.

Good music, really goes with the video.
I missed when he played amazingly and got all his players involved... but other than that... I do not miss the 2005-06 season. I do not miss him never having played a whole 82-game season. I do not miss when there was no ball movement, and he would jack up low percentage shots a couple of inches in front of the three point line. I refuse to participate in the poll.
Watching the rockets every season must be killing you then, b/c what you describe applies to many players.
Definitely! I really like this new style of TEAM basketball where everyone is actually involved. You got your consistent performers in Yao and Artest, but every night somebody else is stepping up, whether it's Wafer, Brooks, Lowry, Scola, and/or Landry, to help the team win.
watching him sting like a cobra was fun but he needs to come back and actually pass this time around.
Tracy McGrady has all the talent needed to be a near legendary NBA superstar. Unfortunately, he just doesn't have the physical durability and never mastered the skills needed on both sides of the ball to become a dominate force like MJ, Kobe or Tim Duncan (who I personally say is in that exact same category of skill and talent and just being a legendary player). Still I will miss him being on the court as when healthy he was always a scoring threat and could single handily pull us back into games. Which is something I think many fans took for granted was something to always expect from him.
People are so quick to forget all that McGrady has done for this team these past years. He put off his knee surgery last season so that he could lead us to a gutsy round one, and it costed him THIS season, so are we really at liberty to throw him under the bus? He ran our team for years upon years. Since when did he become Starbury?

cant stand him.... he will never be a winner, not a team guy... wish we never got him.... hope he never comes back and plays for us!
