NYKrule no offense at all but if I only had a few cds to listen to and 2 of them were Blink 182 and Eminem. I would KILL myself. I have a group of friends that had a punk band in the mid 90's and they toured in Cali with Blink and them including everyone else there said they were the biggest As*holes they had ever met.
Including MP3s, I own around 2100 cds. It about time I purge them and sell a few hundred, but I'm too friggin lazy.
I own around 50-60. I havent bought a cd in a long time, since I started using mp3s. All my music is on my computers.
I think I have a little over 50. I have put together 4 custom 80s music CDs, and have put together another CD of 80s music which is just called, "JBII's Shrine to Phil Collins." 15 songs of straight Phil Collins. Can't beat it.
New Blink sucks. Its pop music. Their old stuff rocks. I also don't care what they are like as people, as long as they make good music. Slim Shady LP and Marshall Mathers LP are pretty damn good CDs, eventhough I don't particularly like rap.
I'm probably at about 350 to 400. That's not counting my live shows which would push it up into the 600 range or so I suspect. When Wherehouse Music was going out of business, I went through the store three times and pulled CDs I wanted. I got 67 CDs and spent about $400. I bought enough to where I've told myself I can't buy any more until I've exhausted this group. Right now I've only listened to about 25 or so.
