Because he's a genius, he designed Curry, LeBron and Doncic and is the greatest coach ever with no adjustments.
İ understand everybody want to increase his minutes and this is make me happy but this minutes enough for him.cuz 1. He played TSL in Turkey 56 game for 2 season. But if he will be healthy he can play 82 game this season(playoff is a dream) 2. He has language problems. And game observation will added too much information. 3. His body is not ready for NBA yet. That's fact.
It is correct that Alp played 56 TBL games in two seasons but you had to add the other games he played in that period including Turkish Cup Games, European fixtures, International official matches, international friendlies, etc.. Alp was 17 and he played 22 TBL Games and at the age of 18 he played 34 TBL Games when he was chosen MVP in a league where 30 former NBA Players employed but more importantly Vasilije Micic type of players take stage. Micic, the reigning MVP of Euroleague normal season and also MVP of the play-offs is the best player in the "NON-NBA" basketball and Alp was chosen before him. Shane Larkin followed this duo in selection. Of course NBA is far ahead of the rival leagues (Euroleague, Spanish League, Turkish League, etc..) but if a 17 years old was a regular fixture in the 3rd or 4th best league in the world and if you believe he was the steal of 2021 draft why not giving him around 25 minutes per game. At the moment it seems Rockets Management believes that Alp is an ordinary #16 pick to be employed 12-15 minutes per game. We will see whether Alp is a gem or just another ordinary role player.
Hahaha it's only my idea. İt's true or not time is going to show it. İ believe he will be a good player But no need to rush. Two and three year later he will be indispensable. Firstly he focus work body building, mid range shot and lay up. January or February he will ready for starter.
I don't care how many minutes he plays. I just want these dumbass announcers to pronounce his name right. It doesn't take but a few seconds to do. Shin-goon!!!
and even more than that.... you gota practice playing even when its hard to catch your breath because on the road to championship occasionally such situations will arise
Sengun is in the top 10 KIA Rookie of the Year! https://www.nba.com/news/kia-rookie-ladder-nov-17-2021-edition But, Silas will not play Sengun
He should get starter minutes 30-32 minutes per game. The question here is there a stamina limit for Sengun we just don't know of where he isn't conditioned yet to play those minutes? I haven't seen any evidence so far of this with the playing time he currently is getting. He doesn't ever look winded or anything.
