It's a nickname bestowed upon me by my HS VB coach and all my friends. Though I am quite fond of eggos, the two are unrelated.
I need my sleep so I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 6:30pm on week nights and it's pretty much up in the air on the weekends. I require 6-8 hours of sleep to function.
I had an alarm clock that had 11 minute snooze intervals. My current alarm is sorta old, I'm sure all the new ones are customizable.
Try to get 8 hours a night Sunday through Thursday nights (1130pm-730am) Try and get 6 hours on Friday night (11pm-5am) Try and get 6 hours on Saturday night (1230am-630am) weekends are the worst for my sleeping habits
I really have no idea. My sleep patterns are all over the place. I can't shut my brain off when I try to go to bed no matter how tired I am. I'd guess I average about 6 hours or so, but I've been known to sleep as long as 12 hours. My record is 17 hours straight without waking up. Pics. Now. Someone had to say it.
I win. Mine is 18. Didn't go to bed during New Year's Eve. Average about 7 or 7½ hours. I would love to be able to sleep only about 5 hours a night but I'm completely useless for about 4 hours after waking up if I haven't slept at least 6½ hours.
i sleep about 6 to 7.5 hours a night. 7.5 is pretty much my ideal sleep time. anything like 9 - 10 hours of sleep makes me feel worse then sleeping 4-5 hours.
Lucky to get 6 a night. It's my choice though. Since I was 19 I don't need as much sleep as I used to get.
