In fact, Ted may be the only person you know who has traveled to every country in the world! As of January 2004 Ted had traveled to 307 of the 317 countries and destinations on the official list of the Travelers' Century Club ("TCC") of Los Angeles. For example: 1) He has visited every country/TCC destination in Europe (67). 2) Ted has visited every country/TCC destination in Africa (52). 3) He has visited every country/TCC destination in Asia (48). 4) He has visited every country/TCC destination in the Pacific Ocean (40) except Wake Island. 5) He has visited every country/TCC destination in the Caribbean Sea (27). 6) He has visited every country/TCC destination in the Near and Middle East (21). 7) He has visited every country/TCC destination in the Indian Ocean (14). 8) He has visited every country/TCC destination in South America (13). 9) He has visited every country/TCC destination in the Atlantic Ocean (13). 10) He has visited every country/TCC destination in Central America (8). 11) He has visited every country/TCC destination in North America (5). 12) But he has NOT yet visited the 9 TCC destinations in Antarctica. Hey, I'm a large % Scottish, and my wife is half Dutch, so I'll bow to your opinion, having immense fondness for the Netherlands. BTW, does Friesland consider themselves a separate country under the Queen??

It's a joke. It's a huge state. Having driven across the whole thing, I know. It's the only state that became part of the US via Treaty, and the only one that can fly the state flag at the same level as the US flag. No big deal.
Stepped on land in the United States, Mexico, England, France, Scotland, Australia, Austria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Vatican City and Thailand Been in the airports of, Tahiti New Zealand Japan
Well I don't give up that Scotland is a country. From the CIA world factbook "England has existed as a unified entity since the 10th century; the union between England and Wales, begun in 1284 with the Statute of Rhuddlan, was not formalized until 1536 with an Act of Union; in another Act of Union in 1707, England and Scotland agreed to permanently join as Great Britain; the legislative union of Great Britain and Ireland was implemented in 1801, with the adoption of the name the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland" If Scotland is a country then so are all the states in the United States of America.
ok apperently i was wrong, i did some research(wich means ask a somebody who studied history) and he said that legaly schotland is not a country . But i would not say that to schottish people, because they do see themselves as a country.(IMO they are a country) I think Friesland would like to think as themselves as a different country, I cannot understand a word they say. But they are part of the netherlands
