How far do you have to travel to get to work?

I know a couple people that drive a LONG way to work. From Sugar Land to Hobby EVERYDAY. Is that normal?

Also, I have an interview downtown on Main and Francis at 8:30AM tomorrow. When should I leave to make it on time. I'm in the Sugar Land area.

    Sugarland to downtown everyday.

I leave at 7, drive 59 into town. I walk into my office at about 8:20.

I suggest you leave before 6:45, be at the place at least 25 mins before the interview, and in the reception area at least 15 mins before you interview.

    ohh and, good luck!

Thanks, I appreciate the well wish.

When does morning rush hour usually get bad on 59 towards downtown?

For about a month I was traveling 135 miles one way for work but they were compensating me for the distance. I had just moved to the state and I was desperate for something. Now I travel about 10 miles or so one way.

45 miles, usually about an hour drive if I leave at 7am, which I feel is getting on the road late.

Pretty much from 7 onwards. Its backed up until you hit bellaire, then picks up only a tad until you get past 610. From there, stay on your left and you're going to want to get off on that spur.

0 miles, 0 minutes. Unless you count when I'm actually getting paid. Then it depends on where I'm working. Yesterday it was 20 miles. Friday it's 45 miles.

Aldine to Galleria area... about 35-40 minutes on average. With no traffic, 20 minutes.
