    Been a fan since the team moved here from San Diego. My Dad was one of the first ones to get season tickets that year.

    from the day we lost to Dallas in the G.7.
    It`s all about Yao at first..but now i truly love the team& this game!

    Been a fans since the early to mid 80s, parents used to hate when i'd stay up late to watch the west coast game so I had to watch them on a tiny tv in my room and keep the yelling to min.

    grew up in houston but live in dallas now, still make it down to as many home games as possible, even converted my wife, a dallas native, into a hardcore rockets fan! :D

    I may be the elder statesman here.

    I became a fan of the Rockets in the late 60's when the franchise was in San Diego. My wife worked for KGB radio station and we got free courtside tickets - the only way we could have afforded to go. Elvin Hayes was the star and Rick Adelman was a guard!! How's that for coming full circle?

    Don't forget Pat Reily. I use to travel for an oil company back then. I did see about 6 games In San Diego I'm 60 now. I could hardly believe it when they moved to Houston. I grew up in Pasadena Tx. Still in Pasadena.

    Since 1990, I was grounded because of some stupid stuff and the only thing I could do was listen to the radio. The only AM sports station I got . . . .in Idaho. . . . was a Houston station playing rockets games. Fell in love with the Dream. I kept hearing his name over and over and thought he must be really good. Then I saw him on a highlight video of my friends and i thought he was a tall guard. Been a fan since.
