When it works, its good... when it doesn't, it sucks. X1 is good... I like being able to watch whatever is on my DVR on any mobile device wherever I am, and I also like having the live tv streaming options as well.
what kind of issues do you have? When I was with them they worked really well. I was blown away by the HD that direct TV outputs...
Comcast is consistently voted the worst customer service IN THE WORLD ... and one of the least like companies in America... So imagine Hitler crossed with Jesse Jackson and Joan Rivers.

Comcast's customer service is so bad it might be enough to derail their merger with Time Warner: http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/breaking/ct-comcast-time-warner-0212-biz-20150211-story.html It is genuinely historically bad customer service. No hyperbole. They would be one of the all time greats for crappy customer service if there was a "crappy customer service hall of fame".
For TV service, they're the same old crap. For internet, they've been pretty reliable for me and I do like the speed boost from 50 > 100.
I just upgraded to X1 and cannot figure out this part. I have the "TV Go" option and can watch live TV with it, but can't figure out how to access my DVR. I only see the option to download certain TV shows to my mobile device, and the selection is hardly anything I watch.
oh and to say customer service is awful is being kind. Whenever I call C.S. from my cell phone, i go through the menu of their automated service (press 5, 4, 7, etc). then when i finally get to "we'll connect you to a customer service operator)... after 5 seconds I get hung up on. I can only seem to get through if dialing from my office. I've asked the various C.S. people I talk to and no one understands my question. just google "Comcast hangs up on me" and you'll see what i'm talking about.
