How I get the Ice Cream truck to come by the crib?

I recall loving this so much I memorized it and was able to perform it in front of my 7th grade class. (minus the curse words)

 

My mother told me that when the ice cream truck's music was playing then that meant he was out of ice cream.

 

I'm pretty sure Delirious is my most rewatched hour of anything ever...feels like it was on in the background my entire childhood, along with The Meaning of Life.
