    SINA rumor says Yao will have baby this year. Yao wits he would be willing to have 5 kids so that he will have a family basketball team. I really want to see it happen in the future since the couple both are basketball player. The kids will be born to be talented :grin: :grin:

    what hight do you think Yao's kids will grow up to?

    (I tried to make a poll it seems difficult to figure it out)

    Pretty tall, but not 7-6. I think Yao was just an aberration.

    If Yao moves his family to the Northside of Houston, his kids will grow up high everyday. With that he will likely sponsor Cheetos, Doritos or Jack in the box Tacos.

    Yao's taller than his father. His parents were basketball players. And Yao's next generation will have parents and grandparents basketball players. How talented they will be !! ;) ;)

    It's indeed a basketball family

    Another interesting topic is if Yao delivers his baby in US. The child will be a US citizen. Since China is not dual-citizenship country the child will not play for China in the future if given chance or has to choose which country(citizenship) to play :) :)

    So, Yao is 7'6", and Ye Li is like...6'9" or something, right?

    I'm sure their child will grow to be at least 6'7", and probably even more due to all the health advances.

    I heard (i wont tell you the source but he is involved with the rockets) that yao's parents were paired by china to form the ultimate basketball player.

    Maybe everyone already knew that... oh well.

    Well China should have involved a cow in the mix for it's Calcium content. Can't be the ultimate basketball player with all these broken bones.

    @REEKO
    People don't always ask them to come and "save their asses". Sometimes America just gets into people's business. America is like the pretentious guy who thinks he's cool walking around with his bluetooth headset. Why? Because he likes looking like a douchebag. But this about basketball so I'd say his kids will be around 6'8.
