Are you talking about Al Smith? He's the MLB that Elway threw the ball over on that 4th down play. The game was ours if not for that play.

93 was like Chinese water torture. It took a good 2 hours for it to materialize. But 92 was more like a bomb going off. The game was ours, then all the sudden, it was gone. In the blink of an eye.

I do remember that right after the 92 game, the Rockets played the spurs that night and Sleepy Floyd hit the game winner. That made me feel a LITTLE better, but not much.

no; RJ was the corner that bit on elway's (potential) scramble and left, i believe, vance johnson wide open to convert the 1st down. if only childress hadn't been hurt......

do you remember - even after all that, they line up to kick the GW FG and the holder (was it kubiak???) bobbled the snap and for a fleeting moment.... then dagger and scene.

the bronco game was just a killer.

    no..it was richard johnson.

absolutely right...the bronco loss happened, seemingly, very suddenly.

The early 90s Oilers teams were good enough and had a chance to go to the Super Bowl. An ALL TEXAS Super Bowl.

    Thy will be done.
