Yeah but he's only shooting 26%.

Need to bench the man before he loses confidence

Only if he starts sucking on defense.

Got to play those 2 way players.

CFs: If Tate could develop a 3 pt shot , he'd be a starter...
Any sane person: The mfer already starting!

Delusional fans: If Tate develops a 3 point shot he'd be a star..

Any sane person : So would everyone else not named Steph Curry!

If Tate gets a 3 point shot he will be an almost all star (coach’s choice). He will also be harder to retain than Wood when we become competitive.

If Tate carries on developing at the rate he is I could see all-star potential. Dude might make himself our Franchise player already haha

I could easily see him scoring 12.6-6.6-2.5 this season

Partially because I just looked up what he is averaging this season

His ceiling is Khris Middleton if he learns to shoot. Middleton is a big part if not the biggest of the Bucks success. Much like Middleton, Tate’s role on the Rockets is a lot more than box scores.

If he gets his 3pt % up it will help his game and the Teams spacing tremendously. I think he is skilled enough to do it, just have to keep grinding

I like Tate a lot. Right now, fantastic 6th-7th man. You can easily play him as a starter due to injuries. A player every team would want to have.

A lot of hustle on defense. On offense when he drives to the basket, I usually think he will get lost, blocked but somehow he finds a way to put it in most of the time. A little bit of everything

It would be great if he can add to his game. Even it does not, I would like to keep him as long as I could.

During the five game win streak Tate is averaging 17 pts almost 6 rebs and five assists on 54FG%.

Not including his hustle plays and any defensive contributions.

    Great job Tate

Well, that would be true if he weren't so good at defense, and his overall FG% is good as well - but nice try to relate it to Green....

    ;)

Why is it you think Green should start so badly?

Imagine the way you thought about VSpan, Nachbar, etc... now imagine that that guy is actually good and not scrubby scrubowski and playing for a lottery team instead of a playoff team.

This should not be hard for you!

Also your logic is just straight trash. You just adjust your rationale post hoc. Green needs to sit because he we're so bad, no wait because we're so good, because he needs to shoot better - let KPJ and Tate shoot more.

    Not consistent

I agree, he should play, I just don't think he should start.......until he learns how to play defense.....

I think it is just a difference of opinion on how to properly develop, I want him to earn it.

None of those guys were even playing.......but I get ya....I can't say you are wrong or I am right, it is up to the team to do whatever, and I am good with that.
