Its to supplement the Jordan myth in the NBA that nobody can trump anything related to Michael Jordan ever. Might as well be a basketball god.
Phil Jackson struck basketball gold, he'll always be respected because of Michael Jordan.

Brown had him but he didn't look great. He had Kobe too, fired twice already.

He's good enough in my book. He makes adjustments when things aren't working, his players play hard, and they stick to the scheme.

Their roster is far from perfect, he's done a good job maximizing the talents of his roster and putting them in a position to succeed.

A passed his prime Kobe. Mike Brown won 60+ games twice with Lebron. If Mchale had Lebron he would do the same. Take Lebron off Miami and they are probably a 7th seed at best.

Not sure I understand your post. What does Riley having one of the greatest basketball minds have to do with his ability to play basketball with three Hall of Famers?

I am simply saying if Riley thinks he was worthy of coaching Wade/Bosh/Lebron, then that speaks more of what kind of coach he is than any member on clutchfans could.
