Isn't corey brewer a shooting guard? I'm not sure you know who Aaron Gordon is, if you are comparing him to a shooting guard. Do you mean Eric Gordon? Do you mean Ben Gordon?

Why are we talking about Gordon? Payton is a baller, he plays like a vet. When you watch him you expect him to make rookie mistakes especially in the clutch and it doesn't happen. He has his game face on and is ready to go. His hair though...look I understand he doesn't want to cut it but do something with it. Shape it or something man. It would be cool for a player to have a afro, haven't had that guy in the NBA since Ben Wallace.
The Magic will probably keep Gordon as long as he's on his rookie contract. Unlike T-Rob, he has the size to play his position effectively. At some point, maybe he will show a pulse on offense. I dunno.
He's being developed as a shawn marion-type player. I don't think you are going to ever look at gordon and say he's blake griffin. But for what the magic are doing, which is playing great half-court defense and getting out and running, he looks great in that role.
He's a 3-pt shot away from being elite. Elf has all the other true pg tools in his bag of tricks Elfrid Basquiat, Mirotic and Nerlens making late ROY pushes while Wiggins play has kind of hit a ceiling
