projections? Props to CF for the post on him before the draft, but he has become must see tv for me with his handles, aggression, and feel of the game. Hard to believe he is that young and skilled and also comfortable with the physicality. He seemed to be a headache to guard. Summer league, but seeing how silas helped Kelly have the best performance of his career by making him a playmaker too, will be fun ot see him out there with Wood, KMJ, KPJ, Green...and tate, nwaba thats a hard out any night. Will be young, but fun next year to see these guys gel.
Taller Domantas Sabonis with slightly more shotblocking, maybe not as supremely efficient though. Horford is a great comparison, someone made it the other day. Arvydas Sabonis minus the size and a notch below his in passing. Mini Jokic with lesser passing, height and slightly more quickness. Mini Embiid with less defense, power and more passing. Somewhere in that territory. Right now tbh I can't see him being in that Jokic/Embiid range where he's competing for MVP honors, but certainly can see him as eventually more impactful overall than D Sabonis or Horford were. The big difference here is his defense. As an overall defender (post and perimeter), he's better than most of the comps I've made which is a big big plus. Would you be shocked if he won 6th man of the year (they usually don't give it to losing teams though)? He may already be good enough to do that in a few months.
His sheer talent and basketball IQ alone will surprise many in this league.. This is chess not checkers.

I love Sengun but I have to disagree with this statement. Pau was fairly athletic when he first came into the league. Maybe you’re thinking of Pau in his last couple of years when he couldn’t move much?
