To be fair he was mostly trashing Curry wasn't he? Klay's shooting carried the Warriors the last 3 games.
Not denying Klay's contributions but: Curry games 5-7 Pts: 32.68 Ast: 7.33 Reb: 7.33 Klay games 5-7 Pts: 29.67 Ast: 0.67 Reb: 4.67 So basically they both carried the team. They couldn't have done it minus either of them. To say one carried the load would be misleading.
Yeah Curry nearly averaged a triple double in those games and was 1 board or something away from that in game 6 when everyone was oohing and aahing over Klay.
Honey Bear is the best poster on clutchfans and also the worst poster on clutchfans. It takes true talent to create posts like his.
So the MVP has been the 3rd best player on his team in the playoffs ... not the revelation Thompson has been ... just another cog in a system clicking on all cylinders... and that doesn't take into account if you replace him with Tim Hardaway, Tim Hardaway now becomes a part of the goat convo. Game recognize game baby The daddy done did it again
I think we all saw an exemplary, season saving performance by Klay in game 6, cementing him as the best SG in the game. An epic choke job by Durant, who really hasn't come out of Westbrook's dominance since his return from injury, which caused a domino effect with the rest of the team, And Curry being just another cog in the GS system. An All star for sure, but just very insulting to compare him to the greats of the game or call him the new Jordan based on anything other than preteen hype.
last year everyone said warriors only one cause everyone was injured. this pissed them off and they wrecked the NBA this year if people don't give curry his props this year... man...
Being silent like a bich when GSW turned the OKC series around and now, despite them winning both games vs CLE, you're using some off-court runs to support your garbage thread?
Curry is getting carried by his team. His team won without him against Portland and Rockets. His team won against OKC because of Klay His team is winning in the NBA finals without him, again. GSW is making a Chris Jackson type player into a MVP. A False MVP. CHris Jackson would win 5 MVP in a row if he was with GSW
Spot on. Tim Hardaway is a better player than Curry , but dealt with hand checking and put his numbers up without the system. Even within the system, Stephanie's been outshone by Thompson in the playoffs, who's come into his own. Green and Iggy have shown why they have been DPOY candidates. Stephanie's hit a few clutch shots, but for the most part he fills in the gaps. It's disturbing how scared the media and casual fans become when obvious statements roll around --- because they don't fit the narrative middle school boys can relate to.

Kinda like how Howard and Josh Smith carried the Rockets in their WCF appearance. Harden had a few amazing games during the post season similar to Curry. In fact Curry still shot better and was far less turnover prone.
Curry haters are hilarious. Tim Hardaway never had a season like Curry's two MVP runs. If he was a Rocket this board would be losing it's ****
I just click on this thread for the continuing entertainment of salty Rockets fans trying to explain why Curry "ain't even that good." Reminds me of Portland Trailblazer fans trying desperately to tell anyone who would listen how Michael Jordan wasn't really that good and very overrated.
