    More pointless numbers...

    Numbers without context are nothing

The new age fans who build hype are likely millennials, 5'6, never picked for any teams but somehow think spreadsheets and internet hype let you understand the world of pro basketball

Sheep can talk amongst sheep , but they're still baaaaaaaa-ing.

As long as you give ESPN clicks , they don't care and they'll cater to the BS

    Context -

Another confirmation of Papa bear's regulatory excellence, great link kid

The Spurs were on their way to handle the Warriors

Then the Thunder role players step up, surprise everyone and defeated the Spurs

And immediately took the throne on the mantle

It's no surprise to see them steamrolling GS

Gimmicks get exposed by legit competition - this is the first legit and healthy team the Warriors have faced in the playoffs

    How sweet it is

    No offense sugartits

    But according to the poll

80% of people don't think your opinion matters

Add the 100% of people in real life who would agree with that

    And it's not looking pretty

    How's that for statistical analysis

Analyzing the voters and this site would lead me to believe that the result is meaningless and full of butthurt people who are feeling better when the team that trashed us two years in a row loses. But feel free to wank off on the 80% on CF who agree with you.

Until he is eliminated from contention I wouldn't rip on Curry just yet.

yes but that doesn't mean anything if you can't perform in the playoffs when it really matters.

It's just like (if you're a car person) having a 1000hp corvette that runs 12 seconds in the quarter mile. Sure making that amount of power looks cool and makes you look great, but once it comes down to actually prove what it can do and you fall flat on your face, doesn't matter much.

people will remember the playoff performances before they remember the regular season.

The fact that curry received 13 first place votes for First team All NBA defense -- let that sink in -- tells you all you need to know about the hype wagon clowns deciding these awards. And thanks to the internet, we can confirm this stupidity is contagious.

It's an absolute travesty, and apologies are in order to past greats like McGrady and big O who pointed out the gimmick and were roasted by supposed "nba fans" for it.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Some of you all are the worst. No wonder Rockets fans get such a bad rep. You haters are seriously clowning a dude cause he's had a few bad games against an elite team? Discrediting his MVP season where he put up 30/6/5 on 50/45/90 shooting splits? Never change clutchfans.

That don't mean a thing if you can't back it up in the playoffs, it just means curry had it easy against the lesser defense and pressure of the regular season.

Oscar Robertson on Curry : "He's shot well because of what's going on in basketball today. In basketball today, it's almost like if you can dunk or make a 3-point shot, you're the greatest thing since sliced bread. ... When I played years ago, if you shot a shot outside and hit it, the next time I'm going to be up on top of you. I'm going to pressure you with three-quarters, half-court defense. But now they don't do that. ... [Modern-day teams] run one play. Well, maybe two plays. They've got a high-pick with the center, then the shooters run baseline trying to get open with blocks from the forwards. I mean that's it. You don't see hardly any reverse plays at all, no double screens, no weak side and whatnot."

Media blasted Big O when he said this, but turns out he was dead on.

    Have you ever taken statistics?
Website polls like these cannot be extrapolated to the general population.
