    I think day of the dead was the first to do it though so I could be wrong. Been a long ass time since I've seen it, might give it a watch.

    Yeah. If you want the 'science' of it, I think this one takes the best stab at it.
    World War Z (book not movie) by Max Brooks was truly excellent fiction. Max is son of Mel Brooks, btw, for some fun trivia.

    It's not lost on me that a guy who uses the moniker, Yonkers, would be a big fan of Max Brooks and World War Z.
