Hows Foyes game in playoffs? Corey is known to turn it up a notch and hes even made some historic performances
Not really expecting much - TBH. Would be nice to fix some of our holes and get rid of Brewer....but I think we are in ride or die times. DD
Ha...Paul George IS the Indiana Pacers. You'd have to give the Pacers everything they want and then some. Or, you can always make a trade for equal value, but I cannot name another player with PG's unique skill set and athleticism. He's more legitimate than some of the other eastern All-Stars that get more attention than he does. Really, to come back from a significant injury more than once and still play at such a high level is beyond admirable. This is the same guy who never backed down from LeBron...the same guy who has been with the Pacers during their climb to greatness with Vogel, to the hell of mediocrity and all the way back... I think my fandom is obvious. I'm off to bed, but I like what I'm hearing. Cautiously optimistic. Last time I name-dropped near a deadline, 2 targets had season-ending injuries, possibly from my general bad luck (Apologies to J.Noah and J.Jack ) I like Cyber's news of Wilson Chandler, but I'm hoping for a little big and a big little. I'm anticipating KJ will get his wish for minutes, possibly taking a friend with him. Mutually good for both sides. My greatest fear during this time--like I've mentioned---is biting the hand that's fed so many needs over the years. Business as usual in the NBA though. Nite.
Thanks for all the Rockets info you can give, Codman, and stay cool. I'll be cyberstalking you tomorrow.....same Bat Time(s), same Bat Channel.
Feel like biting the hand that feeds us is signaling Ariza whom Cod has mentioned being vital for us over the years (I agree). Big little is Abel, but who is big little? I'm guessing Taj Mahal for the little big.
I'd take ANY of the bolded "cast-off" players on the team RIGHT NOW. Patterson and Carroll are just good players. Aldrich fills a need at rim protecting big. Ish for a backup PG option. Douglas is NOT good, but he'd probably have some MDA's Brewer" like trust over Ennis. (I could NEVER figure out what happened to the draft pick from the Battier trade, I thought that was the REAL prize?)
we're gonna do what with the who now? michael jordan? i thought he retired. i know years ago we traded a key rotation player, aaron brooks, for jordan hamilton, a scrub.
