How do you like your steaks?

Bloody as hell

 

I order mine medium, but what I really like is medium-rare, but done on a grill hot enough to get a little crust going.

 

if the steak isn't a good enough grade and cut to be cooked rare, I don't want it.

 

Between rare and medium rare.

My mother-in-law once got me an Omaha Steak selection as a birthday gift. That was some pretty spectacular beef. Never had their seafood, franks, or pork, though.
