    huevos con chorizo (eggs WITH spiced sausage), sir. :eek: They're two separate ingredients, and the dish is just called that.

    I actually like balut, but not that developed. I don't like tasting feathers.

    I like this thread. I believe we've had several egg based threads before, because a lot of us are fat Houstonians.

    I just like mine scrambled, in salt and pepper. Sometimes, I like throwing cheese in there.




    The last few years, I've noticed a trend in having a fried egg topped on everything lately. Burgers, Rice based dishes, soups. stuff like that.

    I can't stand runny eggs and i mean any kind of runniness is not good

    I always have my fried eggs over hard with the yolk popped.

    Or I just go with scrambled with salt and pepper and a bit of ketchup.

    cooked bacon, cook eggs in bacon fat. Eggs over medium, s/p, chives.
