I don't do much. I keep all important things, activities and all due dates for my bills each month on my phone calendar.. hair appointment, parties, meetings, etc. I keep a calendar on the wall to keep track of the days I work out and types of workouts I do. This motivates me and gives me a sense of accomplishment. I always take a list when I go grocery shopping. Before each paycheck I determine how much will be needed for bills, food, gas, clothing, and entertainment and I save the rest. These things for the most part are pre determined, a set.a month each month for each category. Granted, I'm a girl and I love to shop, but I think for the most part I manage it all pretty well.
Oh, one more thing that I find really helpful. I do all my errands first thing in the morning on the weekends. For two reasons, there's less people which eliminates waiting and it feels good to have everything done and just be able to relax the rest of the day.
