Prefer to sleep in a cool, dark, and quiet room. Can fall asleep in front of the tv with all the lights on just as easy though. I normally am out in about 20 seconds... But I don't really have a set sleep schedule where I try to go to sleep at the same time every night. If I'm tired I go to bed. If I'm not I don't.
I've never done anything crazy on it, but I have a couple stories: - When I worked psych, one guy woke up in the middle of the night to find his roommate, who had just started on Ambien, masturbating furiously in the middle of their room. Spoilered for being kinda....dirty: Spoiler - A girl I knew in nursing school said the one time she tried it, she f***ed the hell out of her husband. Just totally pounced on him after they'd gone to bed. She said the next day she asked her husband why he was so happily strutting around, and he told her she pulled him out of her vag, threw it in her butt, and they rocked anal all night. She had zero memory of this and, much to her husbands disappointment, she never took Ambien again. I told her this was the greatest story I'd ever heard.
I get my laptop next to me and then some vaseline (Just Kidding). I watch TV shows to sleep. Sometimes its not great that my overall preference of TV show types sways towards comedy. However it still knocks me out. And those of you, namely guys, who are having trouble getting to sleep, might I suggest reading "Pride and Prejudice." I found it nearly impossible to finish that book in high school without nodding off every couple of pages. Many people may disagree, but I'm just saying, it worked for me. But I borrowed the book so I can't do that anymore.
LOL I have "Pride and Prejudice" next to my bed as well. Perhaps it is more common of a method to fall asleep than we thought?
If there isn't a beautiful woman in my arms, resting her head on my chest with my juice freshly wiped off from her face, I dry hump tha bed till I'm in a zone of peace. That's called survival. Doing what it takes, to get the end result.
I don't care if it's quiet or if there's noise. I can normally be asleep five minutes after I close my eyes. 30 seconds if I'm drunk.
