I always new Terry could shoot, but his timely defensive prowess has been the biggest surprise for me. If he can stay healthy and give us 15-25 mins a night, he's a keeper... unless he gets us the big one.

I could never hate on a player that does his job well. JET is a true professional. Why would you hate a guy that keeps his skills honed to a high level so he can earn his checks and help his team win?

I don't care who he played for. JET is a professional and a winner. And right now he's playing like a cold-blooded Ninja Dagger Assassin for us. It's all good baby.

We have 2 players hitting more then half their 3's... one isn't Ariza, and one is Terry. Dude is shooting lights out and is great off the bench. Biggest way to stunt on Dallas is by winning a championship WITH him.

loving every minute he plays well. No batter way to boost his trade stocks.

Championship winning veteran, play defense, shoot the 3 and on an expiring contact.

That can't happen anymore - the league rectified this "loophole" after the Cavs traded Ilgauskas to the Wizards for Jamison in 2010. Wizards bought Ilgauskas out and he waited out 30 days before re-signing for the Cavs for the minimum. Now, teams have to a full year before they are eligible to re-sign players they have traded away.

I was totally ambivalent to his signing in the offseason, I mean how much do you really expect out of a 35 year old? But he quickly became a game changer for the team with his leadership, shooting touch and surprisingly, pretty decent defense.

It makes me wonder how bad really were the Rox last year at executing their game plan? The stats showed the Rox took the most 3s but made 3's at a below average rate,I guess Handsome Parsons and Linconsistent were dragging the team down and making Mchale look like a moron. Now that we replaced them with average shooters and defenders suddenly a team that was supposed to struggle looks like a top 3 team in the league.

He complements and compliments the team. Nothing but respect to Terry and his professionalism.

He can become an honorary member of the White Boy Power Squad.

That's as far as I'll go.

No doubt he will end his career playing for some other team, and will probably end up hitting some kind of dagger against us again.

So, 'Honorary Temporary WBPS Member', nothing more.

I'm surprised that you would have Ariza playing the PF...don't you think he would be "undersized" to play PF?????

I literally pray everyday that Morey does not put him in a package deal for trade.

I want terry to finish his career as a rocket if he can shoot some 3s and get us 8-10 regularly

I think houston is the best fit. I get he's "old" but it's perfect because he is on a young team that sets a pretty fast pace. He isn't having to push the floor or his body that hard on the court which I think will keep him healthy all year

We need a guy like him in playoffs. If we are in win now mode we shouldn't trade him. Keep him around until free agency in 16' and then reevaluate his situation then
