Edit: it's an interesting topic. I will read all the articles. I mentioned in a Trump thread I dealt with appraisals in a bank job. I think appraisers are trustworthy, at least it's a trustworthy profession however I had a college professor lambast appraisers over the SNL crisis

she has to do lots of legal stuff to try to be legal American, green card to citizen ship is hard

but if someone just walks over the border they don't have to put in the work as her, it's not fair
