Are you nuts? T-Mac has value simply because of his contract. He's not Marbury calibre yet.

Lakers lock down the Championship if they make that trade. Kobe, Pau and T-Mac? You got to be kidding me.

Odom represents T-Mac's sporadic enthusiasm and injury-prone body, plus a fragile ego, minus about half of the astounding talent.

Ariza rocks, in a limited way, but I'd pass on this trade if I were also required to accept T-Mac Lite in return.

If McGrady's moved on to the "team cancer" stage than getting rid of him is addition through subtraction.

Any trade involving the acquiring of Lamar Odom is a bad trade.

I bet the Knicks would love to move Marbury for Odom.

Great give one guy whose whole career was based on athleticism and not fundamentals, who now has hardly any legs left, for another?

Screw both of these guys and all of the other washed up NO-BB-IQ-MF's.

Don't worry Kobe will be right with them in a few years.

Larry Bird could beat all of these guys today shooting in one place, lazy asses.

What is it easier to go after the ball on the play ground if you just dunk it and not learn how to shoot?

Why would Lakers want Tmac? He's just a high-paid damaged goods.

They don't, this guy does because its an LA thing. Too good for everyone else and shaq has put a curse on their town like Barkley did ours so I'm sure another SUPERSTAR is what KOBE needs to get over the hump.......... way to stick it to them NFL.

I do not like the trade, but I do not think LA want TMac either.

TMac just said yesterday he needed more shots, acutally just for the purpose to destroy the Lakers I would support this trade.

remember the interview from the beginnning of the season that T-mac had. When he was asked if Kobe wanted him to come to LA would he?. I wonder if T-mac thought they were trying to hint to the fact that kobe wanted him in LA and now he's trying to get traded to LA.

I believe a lot of Rocket fans were saying that Yao/Tmac/Ron also meant a lockdown for a championship you don't know how pieces fit until you go through games.

If Rockets want to play the 2010 FA games then Odom would be a good piece to fulfill adding a good FA in 2010 along side Yao. if you think T-Mac all of a sudden will look like the old T-Mac if he ever got traded to LA you are CRAZYY..

I don't know... if he's dogging it for reasons other than health a change of scenery might make a difference.

I still wouldn't trade him for Odom and Ariza though.

Wow, that's funny because I would seriously consider that trade just because Odom's expiring contract. I just don't think T-Mac can get us ANYTHING at this point. Best thing to do would wait till summer.

Horrible trade. Odom is redundant in Houston. The Rockets are set at the SF spot (Artest/Battier), and he isn't better than Artest. Odom's best when he can play PF, but he isn't that much of an upgrade over our current PF combo (Scola/Landry)....at least not enough of an upgrade to warrant his salary vs theirs. And Ariza isn't needed either....as we already are set at SF.
