the better the coffee little to no sugar is needed. It's all flavor. With cheap coffee at work I usually drink it black but it tastes way better with sugar.
work coffee is fresh brewed each cup, and pretty good quality.. and i guess i suck, because I still add 2 sugars. (and then pour over ice...so much better cold)
Back when I rode the caffeine pony, I kept a bag of coffee beans in my desk drawer...skip the pot, skip the cup, skip the sugar...just eat 'em raw.
I usually get a large coffee at McDonald's in the morning. No sugar, no cream... Work coffee sucks. They are too cheap to buy an expensive machine.
Mcd's Large Regular Iced Coffee. If I don't down it within the first 30 minutes, the ice will melt and mesh with the rest of the coffee, it could last a good 3-4 hours sipping throughout the day and keep me going past lunch. otherwise its gone with breakfast. Office coffee will probably keep me going a good 20 minutes.... then that little love bug I love to call Crash comes along and ruins my day.
