ATW is not trying to be supportive of you just mean spirited towards me. I was actually glad to see that you are still alive as I believe you were having major health problems. Regardless of how misguided you become in your dotage I will always appreciate your LBJ story.
Actually, I was exhausted from last minute crises working in the political trenches. Then came the holidays. Currently, I am trying to help a cousin in Arkansas sort out which patronage job he wants. Since he just retired after 35 years with one company, he is looking for something cushy but not demanding, something like what rimrocker has in the federal government. He is still a Republican county chairman who has been an Asa Hutchinson bud since the 80s. Breakfast any day but Tuesday. Thursday or Saturday is still an option.
I like this idea. They say they liked the idea of moving to America so much, it should be no problem. Otoh, the bad muslims have no problem lying in the name of Allah. The problem seems to be when a "sleeper" here suddenly becomes radicalized. That occurs when they get contacted on the internet. Sometimes they visit a muslim country and come back radicalized. Start at those two places and we may make some inroads.
