How do I make Taqueria restaurant style bean/cheese burritos?

    You'll never match the taste with store bought tortillas. Almost all store bought tortillas use various preservatives that ruin the flavor...and they tend to not use enough fat in the dough.

    If you aren't going to make your own tortillas, find a local place that makes them fresh. That'll be a huge difference.

    I second the beans comments as well: make fresh pinto beans and then re-fry them in a pan with fat. Maybe toss a tiny bit of cumin in there?
