I agree, there is nothing to be too worried about. Breaking down your intake for the day, if my math is correct, you had ~2000 calories and 30-something grams of fat. I doubt that is extremely low for you, but wouldn't be able to tell for sure without knowing your height/weight. If you don't mind me asking, what is it? If you don't want to write it here you can send me an email through my profile. Typically, when your body switches diets you may be a little sluggish at first - think about it, your body is probably used to getting a lot more sugar throughout the day. Without the sugar, you'll probably feel sluggish for a day or two, but I guarantee you that once you are on a healthy diet you'll feel much more energized throughout the day (you may also find that you have more clarity in your thought processes and that your reactions are higher). In fact, I started on a cutting diet about 2 or so weeks ago because I had put on a good 10 lbs over the holidays, mid-day the first two days I would hit a "wall" where I was tired and then would just want to go lay down, but now I'm constantly energized throughout the day. I used to have a great fat-loss faq that I created and would give to my friends whenever they expressed to me that they were interested in dropping some pounds. I think I'll start on another one if anyone is interested, it should provide a good base of knowledge to help people accomplish their goals in a fit and nutritionally-sound manner.
Assuming I lift weights regularly, how much muscle can I expect to gain in a year. Now I am 5'11 and 175. This is assuming that I do not take any supplements.
