I agree with alot of you in that it does depend on which kind of party. Usually I try to avoid the big insane frat ones because I feel like everyone's just there to dance and ****, without actually socializing. Don't get me wrong, I love to dance, but it's just not my environment where the music is playing like a jet engine and people are passing out and puking everywhere. Plus my friend circle is much more polite than the typical college kids, so I don't have the friend incentive. I like casual parties the best, where you have a few drinks, chat, and maybe dance with some girls. The best feeling is when I can come across as a nice, but witty and intelligent guy, even if I don't get laid that night. I don't have a gf atm, but if I did I'd prefer her to be -sorry for the cliche- "the girl next door". Charming, witty, pretty w/o make-up, and someone who genuinely likes me for me. Does that sound about right, OP?
Correct, I prefer the same damn thing but what's the catch? It doesn't exist? You were being sarcastic? I want to know. Maybe I shouldn't have generalized parties then because when I said parties, I mean those insane frat parties or house parties with a ton of people, hardly any socializing, just a bunch of people drinking and looking to get laid.
