How could the umpiring crew blow the obvious call on the Gurriel to home throw?

    The most telling part of that incident was AJ Pierzynski's reaction to it. He clearly thought that was intentional and as the catcher on the White Sox team that beat the Astros he isn't a neutral commentator. That he brought it up multiple times shows that he felt that the White Sox got away with one.

    I get it this is baseball and bad calls happen all the time. I also get the "If you're not cheatin, you'r not tryin" attitude. That said what galls me is that a White Sox pitcher and their fans still want to accuse us of cheating. Just admit that you're team is willing to look for an advantage and bend the rules too.

    Yes. He always establishes his lane by running towards the fielder instead of 1B. LOL!

    The way they stretched the rule would permit a batter to run toward the third baseman fielding a bunt while a runner on 3rd base was going home. That's not intentional though.
