I said this in another post and I will say it again: I have the most respect for Chuck Hayes than anyone else in the entire NBA. The guy gets demoted from starter to third string and instead of fading away after his minutes essentially going from 20-25 minutes to 0, he goes to practice and I am guessing he has done a lot of lay-up drills because you can see it in the way he is shooting them that he has improved. The man's work ethic is amazing. I am glad to have someone like that on the Rockets squad and I actually feel like a moron for being so quick to out Hayes in possible trades for Mike Miller/Ron Artest once Landry and Scola developed so quickly. I love Chuck Hayes' character, ethics, and professionalism!
