Probably not. Cavs always struggle against us.

I think Delonte West and Moe Williams are the two guys we shall worry, too. Have you guys seen recent Cav's game, these two PGs are hitting shots

VS OKC           VS Denver           VS Wolves
                       fgm-a   3gm-a    fgm-a   3gm-a    fgm-a    3gm-a
    Delonte West     8-12    2-3       8-13   2-5         9-16    0-2
    Moe Williams      8-14    2-3        3-9    1-4          3-8     0-2
They are a big threat. W.Szczerbiak is also a threat, too. They have very good shooters. We should certainly step up our defense on the shooters.

I wish this game wasn't a back to back! I think we will be fine as long as our perimeter defense is strong. I am not as worried about LeBron as I am the other guys they have. I think Shane and Ron can at least slow down LeBron a little bit and as long as our perimeter defense is good, I think we will win.

...Wow. The elusive quintuple post. Really, do 20% of your posts need to be the exact same thing?

As for stopping LeBron, solid team defense, and repeatedly attack him on offense. Other than that, pray.

Let LeBron explode for 50. Ruin his team offense.

The key to defending Lebron really is to keep the ball out of his hands. He's red-hot right now, and will take anyone one-on-one.

Not artest nor battier can defend him, particularly with them be less than 100%.

You have to trap and double team. Force the ball out of his hands. Be physical. Very physical. Tire him out before he touches the ball. Make him work on Defense. Force him to get the ball out of his comfortable spots on the floor....and trap him at the top of the key or if they iso him.

And pray....that he has an off shooting night. But yeah, you have to make the other cavs beat you - and judging from the way they are shooting the rock - they have been doing a pretty good job of that.

These Cavs are on a roll, and playing at home, in front of a loud arena...this is a tough tough game for us.

We aren't expected to win. A good hard fought loss doesn't mean we aren't at their level, even though we aren't at their level to be honest. Just as a win doesn't mean we are better.

But man, it would be sweet if we won this one. We're the underdogs here. And it would be a nice Christmas present to see the Rocks pull this one out.

Lebron don't dunk at center that much. he get most of his against vs smaller defender or in transition. He actually got block multiples time by Yao before.

I have a feeling McGrady is going to be big tonight, anyone agree with me? He was clearly not trying tonight and his mid range shot was falling. LeBron is shooting 40 percent against the Rockets in his career.

    Key Matchup to exploit:

6-8 McGrady vs 6-3 Delonte West

do what the celts did: give him about 5ft of space, dare him to shoot. if he makes them, well he's just that good.

but we also gotta play team defense. no one player can stop lebron (best player in the game right now). just leave ben wallace (scola) and help out lebron whenever he drives.

all their guys can shoot outside of ben wallace. ilgauskas and west have been money with their jumpshots lately.

lol, delonte west is not gonna guard tracy, he'll be on battier. bron has been guarding the best scorer a lot now so i won't be surprised bron will be on him.

and yes, tracy took it easy tonight after the first b/c he knows this is a big game. and his mid-range J was niiice tonight.

but we need a full team effort tomorrow. if yao can do what he did tonight, give him the damn ball. i want him to dunk on Z, that guy annoys me.

can we plz stop saying "let lebron get his". we said the same thing about Boozer in the jazz series and he shot 100%. i dont want LeBron getting 65 points shooting 60% from the field because thats an obvious loss.

what we need to do is let him stay on the perimeter and defend the rest of the team like we usually do.

The Cavs have only had 2 wins against us since LeBron has been on the team. One of those wins, I remember T-Mac getting hacked on his shot numerous times and the refs failed to blow any whistles for the Rockets that game. And it was the one with Yao and his first game back after injury. The other one was with LeBron getting a foul at the end to win the game when it really wasn't a foul but you know the refs. Yeah, the refs really decided both. I usually don't complain about the refs, but both of those games were really decided by officiating. Both of these teams are different though this year, so it will be interesting to see, and 11-0 at home for the Cavs.
