Blowout?!?!?!? Not in our house..... Drewdogs prediction comes true!!! GUNS UP BABY!! What do you think of Kingsbury now??
Congrats to the Red Raiders! Kingsbury has improved a ton over his freshman year (he used to choke soooo bad).
That was the best game I have seen since Zach Thomas picked off A&M to beat them in 1995. I had sideline passes to the game that fell through, so I had to hear obnoxious UT fans at Fox and Hound here in Austin ......
Interesting to compare the two teams' offensive coaching...no wait a minute...there was no comparison. UT...what a waste of talent.
Congrats Tech... Not really suprised at the outcome. Ive come to expect seasons like this from the 5 years Ive been here. Time to root for UT basketball.
Great game by Tech -- now go beat OU and win the Big12! How great would that be to finish Kingsbury's career?
Man, The UT defense was awful, and Simms throwing yet another crucial interception. Sigh.....wait until next year again. Dadakota
I started out in '98 with a loss to Tech on the road. Now I'm graduating in '02 with another. Way to complete the cycle.
Hopefully the Kingsbury-is-just-a-product-of-the-system talk can stop now. The guy is good. Very, very good. He made play after play with some good-but-not-great players around him.
Damn, when can my boy Kingsbury finally get some Heisman consideration. If he doesn't get it now then the system is a freakin' joke! 6 TD passes against the 3rd best defense in the nation.
Nuff said! Guns up baby! Thanks for being civil UT fans.... Hope we can beat OU..... Honestly, for me at least, beating A&M on a yearly basis is much more fulfilling to me than beating UT.
More top recruits that UT gets year-in and year-out..... Somehow they never seem to have all the right pieces to get the national title. Will be fun to see Benson and Young next season though....
The interception was not Simms' fault. The receiver was bumped off his route after Simms released the ball. The defensive back was in the right place at the right time. The defense had many opportunities to stop Tech but did not. I put this loss on the defense and the coaching staff.
If Chrissy throws a ball that is interception in the final minutes, it is another crucial Simms interception. It doesn't matter if its his fault or not.
Smokey, I am not blaming the loss on Simms, but to say that it was not his fault is simply wrong. He threw into double coverage when he had a guy on a crossing pattern 5 yards beyond the line of skrimage...all alone. Simms made the wrong choice. DaDakota
what a day also for Lawrence Fluegence * leads the nation and big 12 in tackles*...... he comes the way of me and clutch's old High School...also the same H.S. that Sloan Thomas of UT went...ohh yeah and Mike Green of the Titans....KLEIN HIGH BABY!!! we also have a kicker in pro arena league
