Not gonna lie I do illegal streaming, I've signed up for league pass and when they blocked the Rockets games I decided to cancel subscription and just stream it illegally. I want to give league pass my money but they don't want to let me watch my home town team which is the point of getting league pass in the first place. Illegal streaming is more convenient and faster oh and free, it shouldn't be this easy but as a whole the service is better than league pass. How about The NBA starts fixing their $hit so we don't have to do illegal streaming, charge a fair price and provide a good service.

Me and a buddy split direct TV stream, but I am the only one who is a rockets/astros addict, so it works out great for me ($28/mo).

Just a thought. I got Nord VPN for $3.10 a month for three years during one of their promotions. Paid a little over $80 upfront and it worked with MLBTV for me.

Thanks! The ones I watched got shut down.

Edit: How do I get rid of the giant red dot with the "live" sign? It's almost as obnoxious as the Astros' patches. Almost.

No. Just go to the catagories and pick your sport and it’ll show all games for that day. Don’t waste your money on streaming services. I’ve watched all sporting events from nba to soccer to UFC/Boxing.
click on it. Close down pop ups. If it’s still there, keep clicking/ closing pops and it should go away.

Streams all the way, we live in 2023, getting HD streams is an easy thing to do if you don't mind refreshing every now and then.

I have bought leagupass in the past but I just don't think the blackouts justify the cost.

As I mentioned in a post above, I use NordVPN. Just Google them or other legit VPN's like Surfshark. See which one has the best deal currently, then signup and pay. Most offer a 30 day free trial period. I got Nord for $3.10/month for 3 years. VPN's give you protection from hackers and give you a fake IP address which can't be tracked (even by your current internet provider). Plus you can make it look as though your IP address is coming from anywhere in the world. VPN's also make it almost impossible for the government to identify you if/when they crack down on a free streaming site (think Napster in the past). Free VPN's often collect your info, track you and other not so legit things. So if you decide to use one, get a paid VPN with a good rep.

    same

I have Xfinity cable/internet bc I don’t want to mess with streaming / VPN / League pass
$180/mo. total. Totally worth it imo.
We call every yr to hammer them for their best package price. Over 20 yrs as a customer so that helps with that.

When their TV partner (Bally Sports) defaulted, the Suns chose to put all games (home and away) on over the air TV.

Don’t know why the networks would be paying big bucks for NBA rights. Seems like no one here pays for cable.

Right? My guess is because the NBA probably gets the most TV revenue from casuals who just want to watch nationally popular games. Networks obviously aren't targeting the minority of fans who want to watch 82 games.
